Shipping Policy

Namdo Market US will process all orders within the next business day of in which the order was received.

1. What Are Our Delivery Services?

Namdo Market US provides two delivery service types.

1 day shipping: Frozen & Refrigerated products only 

➔ Orders should arrive within 24 hours from the day of shipment

  • Standard shipping: Arrives within 2-3 business days for California residents and 2-7 business days for areas outside of California.
  • Any order including a dry product label will be delivered using the standard delivery service.
  • We provide delivery service throughout most of the United States.
    However, due to the nature of delivery, delivery service is not supported in Hawaii/Guam/Alas/FPO/APO or other countries (including Canada)
  • Due to the nature of the delivery, we do not support delivery service to Hawaii/Guam/Alas/FPO/APO or other countries (including Canada).
  • We do not ship on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    (Orders from Thursday to Sunday based on PST time will be shipped out on the following Monday.)

2. What is the shipping cost?

  • Free shipping on orders over $180.
  • Please note that the final cost must be $180 or over after all discounts in order to receive free shipping.
  • Normal shipping cost: $29.99

3. How do I track my shipment?

  • Tracking number will be sent by email when order is completed. You can check the status of your order and track the shipment on your My Account page.
  • We are not responsible for lost goods or delay in transportation after the tracking number is provided after pickup by the carrier.
  • If there is a problem with the courier delivery, please contact the carrier. Shipping and delivery times may be affected due to holidays, weather, etc.

    4. How do I change my shipping address?

    • If you would like to correct your address before the order has been shipped, please contact us at If you send us the correct shipping address, we will correct it.
    • You can change it by contacting the shipping company directly after delivery has started.
    • In the case of delivery start due to the privacy policy of the shipping company, only the recipient changes the address and inevitably makes a request.
    • We are not responsible for lost items due to the incorrect address entered by the customer.
