Exchange/Return Policy

Exchange/return is possible within 7 days after receiving the product. However, exchange/return is not possible for frozen/refrigerated products.

2. Please note that exchange/return is not possible in the following cases.

  • Frozen/refrigerated products
  • 7 days after receipt of the product
  • Loss, damage/breakdown/contamination of products or components due to careless handling
  • When the value of the product has decreased due to customer use, passage of time, or partial consumption

3. If the delivered product is damaged

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, expired product or a product with a quality problem, you may request a refund or exchange within the specified return period.

  • If the returned item is in stock, we have a refund or exchange option. If the returned product is out of stock, we will refund you.

4. Who pays for exchange/return shipping?

If you return a product for the following reasons, Namdo Market US will exchange or return it.

  • If the product is damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect delivery
  • Expired product
  • If the product is defective or has quality problems
In the case of a simple change of mind or an exchange for the following reasons, the product must be unopened. Buyer's negligence will be borne by the buyer for shipping costs.

5. How long is the refund period?

  • When the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email that the refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund processing date depends on the credit card company you paid for.
  • PayPal refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after approval.

6. Other

  • If you have an allergic reaction to a specific food, we recommend that you check the ingredients of the product or consult your doctor before consuming or using the product.
